Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT are processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. This offer applies to the 48 contiguous United States only.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipment date, not the order date. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local carriers
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Any additional customs charges must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Depending on the destination and selected service, we may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.

Certain expedited services may not be available for P.O. boxes or remote locations

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@momentum-management.org or (310) 446-1632. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed and shipped.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We may request photos and packaging details for carrier claims and will work with you to resolve the issue in line with our policies.
Lost Packages:

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office

If the package cannot be located, contact the carrier to open an investigation

If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, contact us at info@momentum-management.org within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can review options for replacement or refund
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently reported missing, but we will do our best to assist you in investigating with the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges

Peak Season Shipping
During peak shopping periods (including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the November–December holiday season), please allow additional processing and delivery time due to increased order volumes and potential carrier delays. We recommend placing orders early to help ensure timely delivery.
